We have completed the next stage of our expansion with the announcement of three new sales appointments.
Having moved into our new larger premises at Delft Way near the airport just before lockdown, we are focused on ensuring we are fit and ready for the new normal that our customers will need.
“We all know it’s been a very difficult time and many businesses are reducing staff numbers”, said Credo’s MD Ian Tims. “However if we want to help customers to navigate their way through their new challenges, we need to ensure we have people with the right expertise and who are passionate about what they do, which is why we are delighted to announce these promotions”.
Michael Seago, who has been with Credo for three years becomes a Business Development Manager; Jack Cleaver, who has been with Credo for two years becomes a sales executive; as does Connor Kerry who has also been with the business for two years.
“We’ve always invested in local people and given them an opportunity to grow a career with us” explained Ian, “that way, we ensure they learn to work in the Credo way from the beginning. It’s brilliant to be able to reward Michael, Jack and Connor who demonstrate all the right values”
For Credo, the new form of normal means a focus on working harder than ever to support local businesses facing these new challenges. “Cash flow’’ has been vital for many firms over the last few months.
“We have helped a number of businesses access CBILS government loans and have created some innovative refinance options on assets already owned that have helped businesses keep afloat. We’re also seeing an increase in companies looking to invest in machinery, vehicles and other assets, but are very conscious of the need to structure the finance carefully. That’s where our independence and our ability to access the nation’s biggest lenders to create the right option really come to the fore.”
Congratulations Michael, Connor and Jack.
