Even though the postponement of the next few races has been disappointing, enthusiasm for the season is still clear.
To celebrate our collaboration with the F2 team we have produced a new film highlighting our involvement with them and wishing them well in their 2020 season
Even though the Bahrain Grand Prix was postponed, a virtual race was orchestrated to give Motorsport fans their facing mix , with a 14-lap battle of the Bahrain International Circuit. The drivers all joined remotely and pitted themselves against each other on the F1 2019 video game.
UNI-Virtuosi’s driver Guanyu Zhou won, beating fellow F2 racer Robert Shwartzman, as well as Lando Norris, Nico Hulkenberg and Sir Chris Hoy. Well done Zhou!
Credo are closely involved in motorsport, even venturing trackside which has really brought our range of financial services including our innovative own book lending, into clear focus. And that’s why we’re front row of the grid when it comes to finance providers who are willing to fund motorsport.
“It is a very exciting time for Credo,” said Marketing Manager Fran Brown.
We are also committed to the MINI Challenge, as a sponsor for the third year running, backing three drivers and working with Excelr8 Motorsport which will be competing in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) again this year.
The drivers Credo are sponsoring are:
- Nathan Harrison is also racing in the MINI Challenge, driving a JCW MINI for the Excler8 Motorsport team.
- Tom Lebbon, 14, is in the Ginetta Junior Championship for the Elite Motorsport team. He won the 2020 Ginetta Junior Scholarship for a fully-funded season in this year’s championship.
If you need help getting on the right track with your finance needs, we’re in pole position!
