On top of helping private individuals and local businesses save money when they take out finance, Credo’s new business venture Credo Motorsport Finance is helping motor sport enthusiasts fulfil their dreams of taking to the track, and helping one local teenager to realise his dream of making his way up the motor racing ladder.
Schoolboy Lewis Galer from Litcham has already impressed seasoned professionals of the motorsport world. British Touring Car Championship race winner Paul O’Neill recently coached Galer at Donington Park and was highly impressed, describing him as “one of the best kids I’ve ever sat next to.”
Having finished 2nd out of 65 racers in the 2017 Ginetta Junior Scholarship, sponsorship from Credo has helped him to make the step up and enter the 2019 Mini Challenge JCW Championship.
“I went to see a test day at Snetterton and saw a few JCWs running around and instantly fell in love with them,” said Galer. “It’s an amazing machine to drive. Next year will be a big learning curve; it’s a high level to be going in at. I have my eyes on the Rookie Cup title, which I feel is a realistic goal.”
Credo has quickly established itself as an active supporter of the motor racing scene. Entering a second year as a main sponsor of the Mini Challenge Championship, they’ve added sponsorship in the British Touring Car Championship this
